Since 2019, she has driven BBC Studios Digital’s transformation, delivering 440% revenue growth, 15 billion YouTube views and standout TikTok engagement.
Her platform-native approach turns audience fandom into sustainable commercial value through community-led IP development, creator partnerships and scalable digital-first formats. Key initiatives include Bluey Book Reads, TalentWorks and award-winning content across YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.
A prominent industry voice, Jasmine has spoken at Edinburgh TV Festival, MIPCOM, the FT Business of Hollywood summit and Cannes Lions. She also champions inclusive workplace culture, women’s representation, flexible working and policies that uplift diverse voices.

Laura leads the team that creates bespoke branded content and connects commercial partners with sponsorship opportunities across major BBC brands including Bluey, BBC Earth, Top Gear and Doctor Who. Since joining BBC Studios in 2017, she has worked across editorial and commercial roles, shaping digital strategy and commissioning award-winning content for some of the company’s biggest brands.
Alongside her brand partnerships work, Laura developed a pioneering internship scheme to improve access to media careers for under-represented groups and served on the BBC Studios Next Generation Board, focused on reinventing the BBC for future audiences.
Before BBC Studios, Laura spent four years agency-side at the GAIN group, developing digital strategies and social content for brands including Barbour, Westfield, Mitchells & Butlers, Del Monte, Godiva and Breast Cancer Now.
Jasmin leads the Digital Advertising Sales team. Before this, she worked for 6 years in the Ad Sales team at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she managed a diverse portfolio working with the UK's largest media agencies. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge working in TV and the digital advertising market.
Her strength and experience lie in the Kids and Family sector, which is an area BBC Studios Digital Brands are looking to expand. Jasmin’s focus is on driving growth, securing new business and partnership opportunities.
As the Director of Social Advertising Sales, Brittany is responsible for creating and implementing the commercial and go-to-market strategy for BBC Studios' in-house global advertising sales function for North and Latin America. In her role, she is focused on attracting new advertisers and brands aiming to align with BBC Studios Digital Brand’s 90+ premium social channels, which combine to reach over 6.9 billion views globally.
Brittany joined BBC Studios from the BBC Global News & Streaming team, where she managed several of the largest global partnerships. During her tenure of more than eight years at BBC Global News & Streaming, she established a record of driving revenue growth and executing global strategies across 20+ markets.
